Elite Sessions: Colorado Girl

As our high school seniors and their families finalize plans for college, each begin to contemplate leaving home, each realizing how much they under appreciated their family always being together, in-tact, from breakfast to bedtime. This is when the fond memories of favorite family vacations and adventures all together become more cherished than ever.  Its why we always ask EVERY Senior who books a photo session with us, "WHERE are you happiest?  Because that place is WHERE we should photograph you."  When we ask that direct question the majority of seniors answer with an ocean front beach or a Colorado mountain location- a place where their family vacationed together and made great memories.

This session was a weekend vacation for our senior's family and we used the beauty and fun of the Eagles Nest Wilderness and Vail to make more family memories... and some glorious Colorado family & senior portraits that will soon become heirlooms.

Chelsea Clinton visits Project C.U.R.E. International HQ

Chelsea & The Clinton Global Initiative were so impressed with their visit to Project CURE during their event in June of last year,  they returned and also sponsored an entire container full of medical supplies being sent to a clinic in Malawi!  So yesterday, ABC News, CNN, local newspapers and various other media were on hand to document and share her experience with the world:  that Project C.U.R.E. is spreading health & hope in 133 countries with 17,000 volunteers, roughly 25 staff and 98 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to clinics and hospitals in desperate need all over the world!   YOU can learn more and volunteer at http://projectcure.org

Jimmy's Elite Seniors Feel The LOVE All Year Long...

Lauren is one of my favorite seniors from our Class of 2015 sessions.  She selected our Elite Session experience and was photographed at a mountain resort with waterfalls, flowers and we even traveled to a mountain top lake surrounded by craggy Colorado peaks.  We all had an amazing experience with Lauren and her photographs... WOW!

One of the MANY benefits that only Jimmy's provides our Elite seniors is a *complimentary* Prom session with your friends.  Not just the session- but digital images as well- all with our simple THANKS for selecting an Elite session at Jimmy's!   What's REALLY cool is that Lauren shared her benefit with 23 of her favorite friends & family members!

Colorado Mountain Top Winter Wedding: Sneak Peek!

When this wedding was planned, it was snowing- a lot-  because it's winter in Colorado.  Despite winter weather, Deb & Michael selected this date and planned their wedding ceremony for the top of Mt Falcon (one of their first dates was a hike here) and were willing to be flexible with whatever weather Colorado would provide.  They were blessed with a PERFECT day.  By perfect, I mean nearly 70 degrees, little wind, snow-capped mountain peaks and clear views as far as the eye could see.  Absolutely remarkable and we can't wait to show here the rest of the photographs!

#TBT Throw Back Thursday- Family Fun

From 2013...How fun is this?   After completing all of the formal & family portrait images in their family photo session- we got creative & fun.  The Lordi family thought it would be fun to re-create the movie poster from 'The Breakfast Club', so we planned this carefully & they brought the perfect clothing selections to match each character.  We had fun making this happen- I think they nailed it!
